Orders
To place an order on our online store, here are the steps to follow:
1) Select the items you want to order and add them to the basket.
2) Click Basket
3) Click on "Place my order"
If you already have an account, enter your email address and password on the identification page.
If you have not opened an account, you can open an account by clicking on the "I create my account" button, continue as a guest.
4) Indicate your billing address and your delivery address if it is different from the billing address.

How to track my order ?
To follow your order you can connect to "my account". In the my account section, you will then have

It is impossible to cancel or modify your order: indeed, once your basket has been validated, the order is directly sent in preparation in our warehouse for the fastest possible delivery.

Payment
Online payment may make by:
- Bank card: visa, mastercard
- Paypal payment account
The online store Leon & Harper does not offer payment in several times.
Payment is completely secure by the system of our Hipay payment provider.
For each payment, we ask the customer to fill the visual cryptogram (the 3 digits you find on the back of your card).
We also use 3-D Secure technology or strong authentication to ensure 100% secure payment.
We do not issue a premium on our online store.
Delivery
Thanks to our Chronopost and UPS delivery providers, we can deliver to the following countries: Metropolitan France (Corsica and Monaco included, Dom Tom not covered at this stage), all the countries of the European Union, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Israel, United States and Canada.
Whatever the delivery method chosen any order placed between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day.
Any order placed beyond 4 p.m. will be shipped the next day from 9 a.m. (excluding weekends and holidays).
The processing period of orders may be extended in the event of a strong crowd during periods of sales, commercial operations and school holidays.
- Standard home delivery Chronopost in mainland France (Monaco included, excluding Corsica): € 8 including tax
- Delivery in Relais Point Access Point UPS France and Europe: offered from € 90 purchase (excluding Corsica, Romania, Greece, Switzerland and Norway)
- UPS home delivery- United Kingdom: € 8 including tax
- Home delivery UPS- Canada, Israel and United States: € 30 including tax
- Standard UPS home delivery in Norway and Switzerland: € 20 including tax
For any delivery outside the European Union,
Import costs (customs duties and VAT) may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer. These costs will be levied when the package arrives at destination.
France :
-Standard delivery Chronopost domicile: 1-2 working days (all orders placed before 4 p.m. will be delivered the next day before 6 p.m. out of weekends and holidays)
- Standard delivery UPS Home: 1-3 working days
- Chronopost relay point delivery or UPS Access Point: 2-4 working days
Corsica: Please note the delay may be extended by approximately 1 week
European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, Israel and the United States: 3-5 working days
Finland-Suede-Norway: 7 working days
Once connected, by clicking on "my account", you will have access to your billing/delivery and password addresses that you can modify at any time.
Returns, exchanges and reimbursements
You have a maximum period of 30 days from the day of receipt of your package to return your
products.
To make a return, please follow the following steps:
1) Connect to your customer account and click on the order you want to return and then to ask for a return '.

2) Let yourself be guided! Follow the stages indicated one by one.
3) Place your package in the nearest relay point with the transport label generated on the return platform.
Upon receipt of your package, we will reimburse or exchange according to your choice.

It is now possible to make a size exchange if it is in stock!
Follow the procedure as for a classic return, you will have the refund or exchange option if the availability of the product allows it.
In the case of an exchange, return costs and shipping costs of the exchange order are offend !
Your new order will be shipped upon receipt of the item you want to exchange.
You will receive the order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails as for the initial order.
Once your package is received by our warehouse, you will receive your refund within 7 days, directly on the account associated with the payment card, or the PAYPAL account used during the purchase.
We inform you that the return costs of the product (s) are the responsibility of the customer.
They will be deducted from the amount of your refund in the event that the transport label has been generated by our return platform.

To return a Leon and Harper product purchased on Veepee or on Galeries Lafayette, you just have to follow the procedures communicated by the marketplace.

Gift card
The gift card offers the possibility of selecting predefined amounts from € 50 to € 500.
It is possible to edit a gift card with a personalized amount by directly contacting our customer service.
You have the choice to send the gift card with a personalized message to the recipient directly by email, by filling the compulsory fields (e-mail, first name, date of dispatch).
If you do not wish to send it, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the information.
To use a gift card, enter the code
of the card (the 16 characters received by email) in the reduction code space
